Visenza LLC is a company based in the USA. As this offering is directed at users in the German-speaking area, we process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
This policy covers the product page naturewalk.visenza.co and the membership area in which Naturewalk is accessed after purchase.
2. What data we process
When you visit the site
- technical data transmitted by your browser (IP address, time, page requested, browser and device information), to deliver and secure the site
- aggregated, cookieless access statistics, if used
Before accessing age-restricted content
- your confirmation that you are at least 18 years old and have been informed about the artistic depiction, with a timestamp
When you purchase
- your e-mail address
- your name, as needed for invoicing
- details of the product purchased, time of purchase and amount
- your consent to immediate commencement of delivery and your confirmation of the associated loss of the right of withdrawal, with a timestamp
- your payment data, processed exclusively by CCBill as an independent controller. We do not receive full payment or credit card data, only confirmation that a payment has been made
In the membership area
- your e-mail address as your access identifier
- the one-time sign-in link and a technically necessary session cookie so that you stay signed in
- your progress through the experience, meaning which chapters you have completed and where you continue. We need this because the chapters are unlocked in sequence
- your answers to the accompanying questions and the questionnaire, to the extent you enter them. These entries are voluntary, the experience is fully usable without them

Please do not enter any information about your health, or data about other people, into the free-text fields.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Delivering and securing the site: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in a functioning and secure offering
- Processing your purchase, providing access and operating the membership area including login and progress storage: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of the contract
- Age verification before access to age-restricted content: Art. 6(1)(c) and (f) GDPR, legal obligation and legitimate interest in excluding minors
- Documenting your consent to immediate commencement of delivery: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR, statutory duty of proof
- Your answers to the questions and the questionnaire: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. The purpose is your personal accompaniment and the further development of the offering
- Meeting tax and commercial retention obligations: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR
- Responding to your inquiries: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR
4. Payment processing via CCBill
Payments are processed exclusively via CCBill, LLC (Arizona, USA). CCBill processes your payment data, for example credit card data, as an independent controller under its own privacy policy. We recommend reading it before making a purchase. The billing name agreed with CCBill (billing descriptor) appears on your credit card or account statement.
5. Recipients and processors
We use carefully selected providers. Contracts under Art. 28 GDPR are in place with the processors:
- CCBill, LLC (payment processing), USA, independently responsible
- Hetzner Online GmbH (servers for the membership area), Germany
- Supabase (database for access, progress and your answers), Frankfurt region, EU
- Brevo (delivery of purchase confirmation and sign-in link), EU
- Cloudflare (site delivery, encryption)
We do not pass your data to third parties for advertising purposes. We do not sell your data.
6. Transfers to third countries
CCBill processes data in the USA. Visenza LLC itself is based in the USA. Such transfers are safeguarded by the EU Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. For other regions outside the EU, an adequacy decision of the EU Commission applies where one exists, otherwise likewise the Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Age verification
Before accessing age-restricted content, you confirm via a checkbox that you are at least 18 years old. We store the time of this confirmation so we can demonstrate, if disputed, that the check took place. No ID verification takes place.
8. No automated decision-making, no profiling
There is no automated decision-making and no profiling. Your answers are not evaluated automatically to predict characteristics about you.
9. Retention
- purchase-related data and invoicing records: as long as required by tax and commercial retention obligations, typically up to ten years
- access, login data and progress: for as long as your access exists. As access is unlimited in time, this data remains stored until you request deletion. At your request we delete your access, after which the experience is no longer available
- your answers to questions and the questionnaire: until you withdraw your consent or request deletion
- age and withdrawal confirmations: as long as required as evidence
- contact inquiries: until fully processed, then deleted unless a retention obligation applies
- server logs: kept briefly for troubleshooting and security
10. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw any consent given at any time with future effect. An e-mail to christina (at) visenza (punkt) co is sufficient to exercise these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
11. No medical or therapeutic advice
The content of Naturewalk serves self-reflection and personal experience. It does not replace medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, diagnosis or treatment.

We update this policy when processing changes. The version published on this page at any given time applies.
